摘要
在新时代背景下,人们对教育的关注和重视与日俱增。新进青年教师是地方高校教学科研的储备力量和生力军,他们的成长关系着高质量人才与高校的可持续发展。现阶段国家正在推行一系列新时代教育评价改革政策,这必然会对新进青年教师的成长与发展造成影响。通过分析当前地方高校新进青年教师群体特征及存在的问题,探讨新时代教育评价改革对青年教师的影响及其应对措施,为地方高校新进青年教师的成长与发展提供参考依据,以进一步促进高校青年教师队伍的建设。
In the new era,people pay more and more attention to education.New young teachers are the reserve force and fresh force of teaching and research in local colleges and universities.Their growth is related to high-quality talent development and the sustainable development of colleges and universities.At present,China is carrying out a series of educational evaluation reform policies,which will inevitably affect the growth and development of new young teachers.By analyzing the characteristics and the existing problems of new young teachers in local colleges and universities,this paper discusses the influence of educational evaluation reform in the new era on young teachers and the corresponding measures,so as to provide a reference for the growth and development of young teachers in local colleges and universities,and to further promote the construction of young teachers in colleges and universities.
