摘要
高职院校是当前培养学前教育人才的重要力量,高职教师专业性水平与人才培养质量密切相关。某些地区高职学前教育专业教师专业性水平较差,其原因主要有专业高速发展背景引起的客观制约、师资管理制度不完善及教师职后自我教育理念和能力的缺失等方面。为了提高高职学前教育专业教师专业性发展水平,有步骤地构建高职师范类学前教师专业性发展的良性环境是关键举措,提高教师的专业性整体水平是核心内容,持续进行师范类自我教育是教师专业性发展的不竭动力。
Higher vocational colleges are an important force in cultivating preschool education talents.The professional level of higher vocational teachers is closely related to the quality of talent training.In some areas,the overall professional level of teachers majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges is poor.The main reasons are:the objective constraints caused by the rapid development of professional background,the imperfection of teacher management system,and the lack of teachers’self-education concept and ability.In order to improve the professional development level of teachers of preschool education in higher vocational colleges,it is a key measure to build a benign environment for the professional development of preschool education teachers step by step.Improving the overall level of teachers’professionalism is the core content.Continuous self-education is the inexhaustible driving force for teachers’professional development.
