课程思政视域下高职英语教师队伍建设路径探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着近十年我国高等职业教育的迅猛发展和国家政策的大力推进,高职教育为我国人才的培养做出了积极的贡献,高职英语教师作为高职教育不可或缺的一支队伍,担负着重要使命。但是,高职院校英语教师的能力参差不齐,亟待提升。四川省高职院校英语教师队伍具有我国高职英语教师队伍的典型特点,据此,结合一线教学与观察,从课程思政、教学和科研、以赛促教、培训进修、学术共同体五个方面提出加强英语教师队伍建设的实施路径,以期为我国高职英语教师队伍建设提供思考和借鉴。 With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China and the vigorous promotion of national policies in the past decade,higher vocational education has made positive contributions to the cultivation of talents in China.As an indispensable team of higher vocational education,English teachers in higher vocational education shoulder an important mission.However,the ability and level of higher vocational college English teachers are uneven and need to be improved urgently.The English teachers in higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province have the typical characteristics of the English teachers in China’s higher vocational colleges.Therefore,based on the practical teaching and observation,the measures to strengthen the construction of English teachers are proposed from five aspects:the“curriculum ideological and political education”,the teaching and scientific research,the promotion of teaching by competitions,the training and continuous learning,and the academic community,so as to provide a reference for higher vocational English teaching team construction in our country.
