“三全育人”视域下加强高校劳动教育的路径研究

Research on the Path of Strengthening Labor Education of College Students from the Perspective of“Three-whole Education”

劳动教育是“五育并举”教育理念中的重要组成部分,是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的有效途径,在政治、经济、教育、个人维度上有着重大的社会意义。然而在“三全育人”教育格局下,高校劳动教育依然面临着一些现实困境。基于以上问题,高校加强大学生劳动教育需从加强劳动精神培育和劳动价值引领、丰富和拓展劳动教育的载体和实践平台、营造劳动认同和劳动育人的舆论氛围、构建“家-校-企-社”四位一体的劳动教育协同机制的有效路径,加以实施。

Labor education is an important part of the educational concept of“five aspects of education at the same time”,and an effective way to cultivate socialist builders and successors with the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education.It has great social significance to politics,economy,education and each individual.However,under the educational pattern of“three-whole education”,labor education in colleges and universities still faces some practical difficulties.In view of the above problems,it is proposed that colleges and universities should strengthen students’labor spirit the cultivation and labor value guidance,enrich and expand the carrier and practice platform of labor education,create a public atmosphere of labor recognition and labor education,so as to build and implement an effective“home-school-enterprise-society”four-in-one labor education collaboration mechanism.
