摘要
《义务教育课程标准(2022版)》指出要推动育人方式变革,落实因材施教,着力发展学生核心素养,这对乡村教师指向精准教学的专业能力发展提出了新的要求。为了解乡村教师指向精准教学的专业能力发展现状,文章以3300位浙西南教师为研究对象开展调查研究,发现乡村教师在指向精准教学的教学设计、教学实践、教学评价、沟通交流与反思发展等方面还存在一些问题。在此基础上,提出相对应的提升策略,包括基于数据分析的教学设计策略、基于数据决策的课堂干预策略、基于数据跟踪的多元评价策略、基于数据融合的沟通交流策略和基于数据循证的反思发展策略等。
Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)indicate that it is of necessity to promote the reform of educational methods,implement individualized teaching and focus on developing students'core literacy,which puts forward new requirements for the professional competence development of rural teachers oriented to precision teaching.In order to understand the current circumstance of the development of rural teachers'professional competence in precision teaching,the article conducted a survey on 3300 teachers in southwestern Zhejiang province,then found that there are some problems in teaching design,teaching practice,teaching evaluation,communication and reflective development of precision teaching in rural teachers.Based on this,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed,including teaching design strategy based on data analysis,class intervention strategy based on data decision,multiple evaluation strategy based on data tracking,communication strategy based on data fusion and reflective development strategy based on data evidence,etc.
