摘要
目的探讨老年糖尿病患者的健康信念、慢病资源利用及自我管理行为的现状与关系。方法采用健康信念模式量表、慢性病资源调查问卷和糖尿病自我管理活动问卷对上海市某三级甲等医院472例老年糖尿病患者进行调查。结果健康信念、慢病资源利用与自我管理行为总分分别为(104.12±16.01)分、(60.45±14.88)分和(42.40±15.20)分。健康信念与慢病资源利用均能直接预测患者的自我管理行为(β=0.389、0.470,均P<0.05),同时健康信念在慢病资源利用与自我管理行为间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的32.37%。结论医护人员应帮助老年糖尿病患者提高资源利用度,同时增强健康信念来提高自我管理水平。
Objective To explore the status quo and relationships between health beliefs,chronic illness resource utilization and self-management behavior of elderly diabetic patients.Methods Totally 472 patients in a tertriay A hospital in Shanghai were investigated using health belief model scale,chronic illness resource survey and scale of the diabetes self-care activities.Results The total scores of health beliefs,chronic illness resource utilization and self-management behavior were(104.12±16.01),(60.45±14.88)and(42.40±15.20),respectively.Both health beliefs and chronic illness resource could predict self-management behavior directly(β=0.389、0.470;all P<0.05).Health beliefs partially mediated the relationship between chronic illness resource utilization and self-management behavior,and the mediating effect accounts for 32.37%of the total effect.Conclusions Medical staff should help to promote the utilization of resource,strengthen patients’health beliefs,so as to improve self-management level.
