结直肠手术患者术后早期下床活动的最佳证据总结

Summary of Best Evidence for Early Postoperative Mobilization in Patients Undergoing Colorectal Surgery

目的整合结直肠手术患者术后早期下床活动的最佳证据,为制定术后早期下床活动方案提供参考。方法系统检索国内外数据库和专业网站中关于结直肠手术患者术后早期下床活动的指南、专家共识、最佳实践手册、系统评价等,检索时间为建库至2021年11月30日。结果共纳入14篇文献,共提取24条证据,包括健康教育、活动环境、评估、制定计划、下床活动前准备、活动内容、活动中的监护、预期结果等8个类别。结论结直肠手术患者术后早期下床活动是安全、可行、有效的,建议医护人员结合临床情景,有针对性地参考和使用证据。

Objective To integrate best evidence for early postoperative mobilization in patients undergoing colorectal surgery and to provide reference for making scientific early postoperative ambulation program.Methods Domestic and foreign databases and professional websites were systematically searched for guidelines,expert consensus,recommended practices,systematic reviews on early mobilization after colorectal surgery.The time range was from the inception to November 30st of 2021.Results A total of 14 literatures were included and 24 pieces of evidence were extracted,including 8 categories,such as health education,activity environment,assessment,planning,preparation before getting out of bed,activity content,supervision during activities and expected results.Conclusions Early mobilization is safe,feasible and effective for patients after colorectal surgery.It is suggested that medical staff refer to and use the evidences according to the clinical situation and actual tolerance of patients.
