颅脑创伤患者肢体功能锻炼的最佳证据总结

Summary of the Best Evidence for Functional Exercise of Limbs in Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

目的筛选国内外颅脑创伤患者肢体功能锻炼的相关证据,并对证据进行总结,为制订科学的颅脑创伤患者肢体功能锻炼方案提供参考。方法系统检索国内外数据库中颅脑创伤患者肢体功能锻炼的文献。将检索所得文献分类进行质量评价,并总结所得推荐意见,形成汇总表。结果纳入13篇文献,提炼出包括评估、干预计划、干预开始/暂停时机、急性期干预、恢复期干预、出院及随访等6个方面,19条证据。结论总结颅脑创伤患者肢体功能锻炼相关最佳证据,能为临床开展证据应用提供循证依据。

Objective To collect and summarize the evidence of limb function exercise for patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods Database in and aboard China were systematically searched for the evidence of limb function exercise in patients with TBI.The retrieved literature was classified for quality evaluation,and the recommendations were summarized to form a summary table.Results A total of 13 articles were included and 19 pieces of best evidence were summarized,covering 6 aspects of pre-exercise assessment,intervention plan,timing of initiation and suspension,acute phase intervention,recovery intervention,discharge and follow-up.Conclusions This study summarizes the best evidence of limb function exercise for patients with TBI,providing evidence-based evidence for clinical application of evidence.
