沙漠砂再生混凝土力学性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步拓展新疆地区丰富的沙漠砂资源在建筑材料领域的应用,本研究以沙漠砂部分替代天然河砂,以实验室自产再生粗骨料部分替代碎石配制沙漠砂再生混凝土,研究2种骨料掺量对沙漠砂再生混凝土力学性能的影响。研究中选取的沙漠砂和再生粗骨料的掺量均为0、20%、40%、60%,并在每个取代率水平下设定恒定不变的减水剂掺量、灰砂比以及水胶比等参数,浇筑不同配合比的混凝土,通过对比分析得到混凝土强度与沙漠砂取代率和再生粗骨料取代率之间的关系,提出在同时考虑材料强度要求和资源利用效率下沙漠砂和再生粗骨料的合适掺量分别为20%、40%。试验结果证明沙漠砂再生混凝土能满足材料的基本力学要求,具有工程实用价值。 This investigation was carried out to study the effects of using the replacement percentage of Desert Sand(DS)and Recycled Coarse Aggregate(RCA,Self produced in laboratory)as variables on the mechanical behavior of Desert Sand Recycled Concrete(DSRC).The purpose is to further expand the application of abundant desert sand resources in the field of building materials in Xinjiang.Four replacement levels of natural river sand with desert sand were adopted:the investigation used 0、20、40、60%by weight of total river sand content,respectively.It is same to the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate.For each replacement level,different mix proportion concrete with some constantly parameters such as water reducing agent content,cement sand ratio and water cement ratio were cast.To investigate the effect of replacing a portion of the two aggregates on the mechanical properties of DSRC,the study compared the results of splitting tensile and cube compressive strength tests.The test results showed that the replacement rates of DS and RCA of the consider material performance requirements and resource utilization efficiency is 20%、40%,respectively.The test results also con rm that DSRC can meet the basic mechanical requirements of materials and is practicable in engineering.
