社区建设对城乡交错带居民归属感的影响路径研究——以珠海市南屏镇为例

Study on the Influence Path of Community Construction on Residents’Sense of Belonging in Urban and Rural Ecotone——A Case Study of Nanping Town,Zhuhai City

城市化给经济和社会带来了广泛而深刻的影响。中国的城乡交错带如何走出边缘,如何增进居民的社区归属感成为城市化进程中亟待解决的重要议题。本文创新性地使用社区居民感知调查数据,采用结构方程的方法从影响因素和驱动机制两个方面探索社区建设发展的路径,检验不同要素对于居民归属感提升的影响。实证结果表明,社区人文环境感知与社区生态环境感知均对社区综合治理感知产生显著正向影响,进一步研究发现,社区综合治理感知与社区配套设施感知也均对居民社区归属感产生显著正向影响。本文最后讨论了城乡交错带社区建设和居民地区归属感的公共政策建议。

Urbanization has brought extensive and profound influence to the economy and society.How to get out of the edge of China’s urban and rural transition zone and how to enhance residents’sense of community belonging has become an important issue to be solved in the process of urbanization.This paper innovatively uses the survey data of community residents’perception and uses the structural equation method to explore the path of community construction and development from two aspects of influencing factors and driving mechanism to test the influence of different elements on the improvement of residents’sense of belonging.The empirical results show that both the perception of community humanistic environment and the perception of community ecological environment have a significant positive impact on the perception of community comprehensive governance.Further research shows that the perception of community comprehensive governance and the perception of community supporting facilities also have a significant positive impact on the sense of community belonging.Finally,this paper discusses public policy suggestions on community construction and residents’sense of belonging in the ecotone between urban and rural areas.
