广东省不同经济类型企业出口对经济增长贡献的比较分析——兼论不同经济类型企业的“双循环”发展定位

The Comparative Analysis on the Contribution of Export of Different Economic Type Enterprises to Economic Growth in Guangdong Province——Also Discussion on the“Dual Cycle”Development Orientation of Different Economic Type Enterprises

广东省不同经济类型企业的定位研究,对于“双循环”新发展格局下的企业角色界定和政策倾斜,具有极其重要的参考价值。本文基于出口贸易对经济增长影响作用的视角,讨论广东省不同经济类型企业在“双循环”新发展格局的定位。研究发现,国有经济企业出口不是广东省经济增长的原因;集体经济企业出口虽然是广东省经济增长的原因,但出口规模较低限制了对广东省经济增长的促进作用;私营经济企业和外商投资经济企业出口是广东省经济增长的原因,是推进广东省经济增长的重要动力。因此,在广东省“双循环”新发展格局中,国有经济企业是内循环的驱动主体,集体经济企业为“双循环”提供保障,外商投资经济企业和私营经济企业是外循环的重要载体。

From the perspective of the impact on the export trade to economic growth,this paper explores the position of different economic type enterprises in Guangdong Province under the“dual cycle”new development pattern.The quantitative analysis shows that,the foreign trade growth of state-owned enterprises is not the Granger cause of economic growth in Guangdong Province.Although the export of collective economy enterprises is the Granger cause of economic growth in Guangdong Province,and its impact is relatively flexible,but its export scale is low,and thus its promotion effect on economic growth in Guangdong Province is limited.The changes of export scale of private economic enterprises and foreign investment economic enterprises are the Granger causes of economic growth in Guangdong Province,and the contribution of export trade of private economic enterprises to economic growth in Guangdong Province is expected to be higher,as well as the export of foreign-invested economic enterprises is one of the important export driving forces to promote economic growth in Guangdong Province.Therefore,in the“dual cycle”new development pattern,the state-owned economic enterprises and collective economic enterprises are the main force to build the internal circulation in Guangdong Province,and the foreign-invested economic enterprises and private economic enterprises are the important carriers of the external circulation in Guangdong Province.
