居民中医药健康文化素养现状与影响因素分析

Analysis on the status quo and influencing factors of residents'health cultural literacy of traditional Chinese medicine

目的了解盐城市居民中医药健康文化素养水平及其影响因素。方法采用调查问卷对盐城市406名居民中医药健康文化素养水平进行调查,比较不同特征居民中医药健康文化素养评分,并分析中医药健康文化素养水平影响因素。结果女性居民中医药健康文化素养各维度评分及总分均高于男性居民,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段居民中医药健康文化素养各维度(中医药公众适宜方法除外)评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同文化程度居民中医药健康文化素养各维度(中医药文化常识除外)评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同职业居民中医药公众适宜方法评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。是否患有慢性病居民中医药基本理念、中医药公众适宜方法、中医药健康生活方式评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别、年龄、文化程度是居民中医药健康文化素养水平的主要影响因素(P<0.001)。结论该地区居民中医药健康文化素养水平有待提高,而性别、年龄、文化程度是居民中医药健康文化素养水平的主要影响因素。

Objective To understand the level of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health cultural lit-eracy of residents in Yancheng City and its influencing factors.Methods The questionnaire was used to inves-tigate the level of TCM health cultural literacy of 406 residents in Yancheng City.The scores of TCM health cultural literacy of residents with different characteristics were compared,and the influencing factors of TCM health cultural literacy were analyzed.Results The scores of all dimensions and total scores of TCM health cultural literacy of female residents were higher than those of male residents,with significant differences(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of all dimensions of TCM health cultural literacy(ex-cept for public appropriate methods of TCM)between residents of different ages(P<0.05).There were sig-nificant differences in the scores of all dimensions of TCM health cultural literacy(except for common sense of TCM culture)among residents of different education levels(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the score of public appropriate methods of TCM among residents of different occupations(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the score of the basic concept of TCM,the public appropriate method of TCM,and healthy lifestyle of TCM between residents with chronic diseases or not(P<0.05).Gen-der,age and education level were the main influencing factors of residents'health literacy level of TCM(P<0.001).Conclusion The level of TCM health cultural literacy of residents in this area needs to be improved,and gender,age,education level are the main influencing factors of the level of TCM health cultural literacy of residents.
