加味苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期痰哮证对患者抗氧化活性酶的变化研究

Changes of Antioxidant Enzyme in Patients with Phlegm Asthma Syndrome of Bronchial Asthma in Chronic Duration Treated with Jiawei Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction(加味苓甘五味姜辛汤)

目的 研究加味苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期痰哮证对患者抗氧化活性酶变化的影响。方法 选取医院2018年11月—2020年11月收治的支气管哮喘慢性持续期痰哮证患者94例,分为两组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组加用加味苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果 观察组的中医证候总有效率和哮喘控制率分别为95.74%(45/47)和93.62%(38/47),高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前肺功能指标组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后1秒用力呼气容积占肺活量比值(FEV1)(84.14±5.39)%、最大呼气流量(PEF)[(6.70±0.66)L/s]水平高于对照组,呼气流速峰值(PEFR%)(6.84±2.14)%水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前抗氧化活性酶、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)[(94.20±11.47)U/mL]、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)[(221.47±60.85)U/mL]水平高于对照组,IL-4[(75.45±14.87)ng/L]、IL-17[(17.88±3.02)ng/L]水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 加味苓甘五味姜辛汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期痰哮证可有效控制哮喘症状,清除氧自由基,调节炎性细胞因子。

Objective To study the changes of antioxidant enzymes in patients with phlegm asthma syndrome of bronchial asthma in chronic duration treated with Jiawei Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction(加味苓甘五味姜辛汤).Methods From November 2018 to November 2020,94 patients with phlegm asthma syndrome of bronchial asthma in chronic duration were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Lingan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate and asthma control rate of the observation group were 95.74%(45/47)and 93.62%(38/47),respectively,higher than 80.85%and 78.72%of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the observation group,the ratio of forced breath volume to vital capacity(FEV1)(84.14±5.39)%and the maximum inspiratory flow rate(PEF)[(6.70±0.66)L/s]were higher than those in the control group.And the peak breath flow rate(PEFR%)(6.84±2.14)%was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of antioxidant enzyme,interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17)or interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)[(94.20±11.47)U/mL]and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)[(221.47±60.85)U/mL]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-4[(75.45±14.87)ng/L]and IL-17[(17.88±3.02)ng/L]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction can effectively control asthma symptoms,eliminate oxygen free radicals and regulate inflammatory cytokines in the treatment of phlegm asthma syndrome of bronchial asthma in chronic duration.
