金融结构—法治环境匹配度与技术进步

Matching Degree of Financial Structure and Legal Environment,and Technological Progress

通过构建一个关于金融与法治的新的理论框架,并借鉴婚姻经济学中的排序匹配法构造金融结构—法治环境匹配度指数,实证检验了金融结构—法治环境匹配度与技术进步的关系。结果显示,金融结构—法治环境匹配度越高,技术进步越快。证券市场与强法治的匹配以及银行体系与弱法治的匹配均能促进技术进步,从而逻辑一致地解释了欧美发达国家和中国等发展中国家的技术进步路径。

Based on the construction of a new theoretical framework combining finance and the rule of law,the paper introduced the ranking matching method in marriage economics into the construction of the matching degree index between financial structure and legal environment,and further empirically tested the relationship of this matching degree and technological progress.The results showed that,higher matching degree can help to receive a quicker technological progress.Furthermore,the matching of stock market and strong rule of law,as well as the matching of banking system and weak rule of law,can promote technological progress,so as to logically and consistently explain the disparate technological progress paths of developed countries and some developing countries,like China.
