鼻翼缘退缩矫正的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study on correction of alar rim retraction

目的探讨多种鼻翼缘退缩矫正方式的术后效果。方法自2016年1月至2021年12月,海军军医大学附属长征医院整形外科对149例患者行自体肋软骨隆鼻术,在进行自体肋软骨鼻整形同时,分别应用鼻翼缘移植物、软骨间移植物或耳郭复合组织移植物行鼻翼缘退缩矫正,定期随访,总结并发症情况并评价手术效果。结果所有患者术后获随访6~46个月,平均21.2个月。术区无感染和移植物外露,术后未出现气胸、胸廓耳郭变形、通气障碍及其他功能障碍。矫正效果主观满意度评分为(3.6±0.3)分。结论灵活选用单一或联合术式可以有效矫正鼻翼缘退缩,术后效果稳定,术后并发症较少,对于鼻翼缘退缩或短鼻畸形的患者具有良好效果。

Objective To investigate the postoperative efficacy of various methods in the correction of alar rim retraction.Methods The data of 149 patients underwent rhinoplasty with costal cartilage from January 2016 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,the alar rim retraction was corrected by alar rim graft,cartilage graft or auricular composite graft.All patients were followed-up to summary the complications and evaluate the efficacy.Results The postoperative follow-up was from 6 to 46 months,with an average of 21.2 months.No infection and graft exposure occurred.No pneumothorax,thoracic abnormality,auricular abnormality and ventilatory dysfunction were found.The subjective self-evaluation scores of postoperative efficacy were(3.6±0.3).Conclusion The flexible choice of single method or combined methods can effectively correct alar rim retraction,with stable postoperative efficacy and few postoperative complications.This strategy has good efficacy for patients with alar rim retraction or short nose deformity.
