摘要
为了查明陕西牛场犊牛死亡的病因,本试验对3个牛场送检的犊牛肺脏组织进行细菌分离鉴定和分离株的耐药性分析。共分离到3株病原菌,经形态观察、生化鉴定、16S rRNA基因测序、特异性基因及荚膜血清型鉴定,确定3株菌均为A型多杀性巴氏杆菌,都具有致病性。药敏试验和耐药基因检测结果显示,菌株P1、P2对β-酰胺类、磺胺类、多肽类、喹诺酮类耐药,均携带磺胺类(Sul2、Sul3)、β-酰胺类(bla_(TEM)、bla_(OXA-1))和喹诺酮类(qnrS或qnrA)耐药基因,耐药基因型均与耐药表型相符;菌株P3对供试药均敏感。试验结果为当地防治牛巴氏杆菌病提供参考。
In order to determine the etiology of calves death in some Shaanxi cattle farms,this test was performed to identify bacterial isolates and analyze the drug resistance,for which the isolates were obtained from the lung tissues of dead calves from three cattle farms.A total of three pathogenic strains were isolated,by morphological observation,biochemical identification,16 S rRNA gene sequencing,specific gene and capsule serotype identification.It was found that all of the three strains were bovine type A Pasteurella multocida,and they were disease-causing.The results of the drug sensitivity test and resistance gene detection showed that strains P1 and P2 were resistant toβ-amides,sulfonamides,peptides and quinolones.Both of the strains carried Sul2,Sul3,bla_(TEM) and bla_(OXA-1) resistance genes,and the resistance genotypes were consistent with the resistance phenotype.Strain P3 was sensitive to the tested drugs.The results of the present test provided reference for prevention and treatment of bovine pasteurellosis in the related areas.
