有效表扬:从“心”出发的班级管理新路径

摘要 表扬作为教育中常见的激励手段,对学生的成长有着积极的意义。当前,教师在实施表扬时存在三个误区——为了表扬而表扬,滥用表扬,将表扬作为控制学生的工具。表扬使用不当非但起不到激励学生的效果,反而会产生反作用。教师在实施表扬时要做到:(1)心中有学生,表扬方法要适切,注意选择合适的表扬时机;(2)表扬形式要丰富,注意运用不同的强化策略;(3)表扬场域要扩大,将个别表扬和集体表扬相结合。如此,才能提升表扬的有效性,使表扬起到促进学生身心健康发展的作用。
