摘要
高职技术技能人才培养质量决定着高职院校的核心竞争力和毕业生的市场竞争力.为进一步提升高职技术技能人才培养质量,从质量机制、专业建设、师资建设和课程建设等4个方面提出具体的提升路径.这些措施能够增强职业教育的社会适应性,提升技术技能人才素质,满足社会发展的需要.
The training quality of higher vocational technical and skilled talents determines the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and the market competitiveness of graduates.In order to further improve the training quality of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes the specific promoting paths from four aspects:quality mechanism,specialty construction,teaching stuff construction and curriculum construction.These measures can enhance the social adaptability of vocational education,improve the quality of technical and skilled talents and meet the needs of social development.
