基于OBE理念的教学模式对呼吸内科实习带教质量的影响 被引量:2

The effect of the conception of OBE teaching mode on the clinical practice and teaching quality of respiratory medicine

摘要 研究基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的教学模式对呼吸内科实习带教质量的影响.选取2020年9月~2022年6月在教学医院呼吸内科实习的76名大专临床实习生作为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组各38名,分别接受常规教学(A组)和基于OBE理念的教学(B组),比较两组实习生理论及实践考核成绩、综合能力提升及对教学满意度的情况.结果表明:B组理论及实践考核成绩均高于A组,且存在统计学差异(P<0.05);B组语言表达及沟通能力、主动学习能力、团队协作能力、解决临床问题能力、学习积极性、知识理解能力等6个方面评分也都高于A组,且存在统计学差异(P<0.05);关于教学满意度的调查,B组(94.74%)明显高于A组(78.95%),且存在统计学差异(P<0.05).由此可见,将基于OBE理念的教学模式应用于呼吸内科实习中,可明显提高实习生的理论及实践考核成绩和综合能力,学生对教学的满意度较高. In order to analyze the impact of the conception of Outcomes Based Education teaching mode on the clinical practice and teaching quality of respiratory medicine,76 college clinical interns who were practicing in the department of respiratory medicine of Pingxiang Health Vocational College from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into groups A and B,38 in each group.They received the conventional teaching(Group A)and the teaching mode based on the conception of OBE(Group B)respectively,and compared the theoretical and practical assessment scores,comprehensive competence improvement and teaching satisfaction between the two groups of interns.The results showed that the theoretical and practical examination scores of Group B were higher than those of Group A,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the scores of language expression and communication ability,active learning ability,team cooperation ability,clinical problem solving ability,learning enthusiasm and knowledge understanding ability in Group B were also higher than those in Group A,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);as for the survey of teaching satisfaction,Group B(94.74%)was significantly higher than Group A(78.95%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).It can be seen that the application of the teaching mode based on the conception of OBE in the practice of respiratory medicine can significantly improve the theoretical and practical assessment scores and comprehensive ability of the interns,and the students have a high degree of satisfaction with teaching.
