朝阳市中小学“三大球”开展现状与对策

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of the three big-ball sports in primary and secondary schools in Chaoyang

为全面振兴朝阳市“三大球”,推动朝阳市中小学“三大球”健康发展,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法对朝阳市中小学“三大球”开展现状进行深入分析.结果表明:“三大球”教练员职称、学历层次整体偏低,足球和排球项目的专项教练员严重缺乏,且现有教练员平均带队年限均较短;足球场地数量严重不足,且多为土场地;朝阳市中小学大多开展了“三大球”运动及训练,但足球、排球竞赛开展较少.针对存在的问题提出加强教练员队伍建设、加强场地建设、组织多种竞赛等对策,为朝阳市中小学“三大球”振兴发展提供理论参考.

In order to comprehensively revitalize the three big-ball sports of Chaoyang city,and promote the healthy development of the three big-ball sports in primary and secondary schools of Chaoyang,this paper conducted a deep analysis of current situation of the three big-ball sports in primary and secondary schools of Chaoyang by adopting the methods of literature and questionnaire,etc.The results show that the professional title and educational level of three big-ball coaches are generally low,there is a serious shortage of the coaches specialized in football and volleyball,and the average years of coaches′leading the team are relatively short;the number of football fields is seriously insufficient,and most of them are earthy fields;most of the primary and secondary schools in Chaoyang have carried out the three big-ball sports and training,but the competitions of football and volleyball are fewer.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposed some countermeasures,such as strengthening the construction of coaches team,strengthening the construction of venues,and organizing various competitions,so as to provide theoretical reference for the revitalization and development of the three big-ball sports in Chaoyang primary and secondary schools.
