摘要
随着中国大型空分技术的日趋成熟,煤化工企业用氧压力越来越高,单位时间内氧气用量也越来越大。由于氧气特殊的化学性质,从工艺角度要求,化工生产中氧气流量虽然很高,但压力要保持稳定,以满足生产需求;从安全角度要求,氧气流速不能太高,要控制在安全流速范围内。这些要求相互影响和制约,既矛盾又统一。因此,化工企业的高压氧气管网自动控制技术显得比较复杂又非常重要。文章对高压氧气管网自动控制系统技术改造实践进行了深入探讨,提出了改造方案,并对改造前后的变化及效果进行了分析。
With the maturity of large-scale air separation technology,the oxygen pressure of coal chemical enterprises is higher and higher,and the oxygen consumption per unit time is also larger and larger.Due to the special chemical properties of oxygen,the automatic control of high-pressure oxygen pipe network becomes more and more important.This paper makes an in-depth discussion on the technical transformation practice of the automatic control system of high-pressure oxygen pipe network,puts forward its transformation scheme,and analyzes the changes and effects before and after the transformation.
