数字经济助推大连服务贸易高质量发展策略研究

Research on the Strategies of the Digital Economy to Promote the High-quality Development of Service Trade in Dalian

数字经济和数字技术赋能大连服务贸易发展向数字化转型,数字经济以信息化为依托,并逐渐渗透到各个领域。大连服务贸易的进出口额逐年上升,但仍存在缺乏高端专业化人才、服务贸易规模小、贸易模式有待创新等问题。针对以上问题,本文从引进人才、促进融合、扩大服务贸易规模、提高服务业发展几个方面进行了探讨,数字技术可以促进服务贸易创新发展,为服务贸易带来新的增长点,大连市借助数字经济的发展机遇,推进服务贸易向高质量发展。

Digital economy and digital technology enable the development of the Dalian service trade to have digital transformation.The digital economy,based on informationization,gradually penetrates all fields.The import and export volume of service trade in Dalian is increasing year by year,but there are still many problems such as a lack of high-end professional talents,a small scale of service trade,and trade models to be innovated.Given these problems,this paper discusses several aspects of introducing talents,promoting integration,expanding the scale of service trade,and improving the development of the service industry.Digital technology can promote the innovative development of service trade and bring new growth opportunities for service trade,and Dalian can promote service trade to high-quality development with the development opportunities of the digital economy.
