摘要
随着电子商务的发展和信息技术的提高,零售电商企业在短时间内发展迅猛,成为拉动我国经济增长的重要引擎。同时,电商企业面临着激烈的竞争,营销模式同质化现象严重,电商行业增长乏力,大量电商企业面临亏损,于是社会化电商应运而生。作为社交电商的领头羊,拼多多将传统电商与社交相结合,成功打造了新型“社交+电商”的盈利模式,短短几年就在纳斯达克上市,成为电商行业的一匹黑马。拼多多的成功得益于其独特的盈利模式,本文对拼多多盈利模式进行研究,对其他类似企业的发展有一定的借鉴价值。
With the development of e-commerce and the improvement of information technology,retail e-commerce enterprises have developed rapidly in a short time and become an important engine driving China’s economic growth.At the same time,e-commerce enterprises are facing fierce competition;the marketing model homogenization phenomenon is serious;e-commerce industry growth is weak;a large number of e-commerce enterprises are facing losses,so socialized e-commerce comes into being.As a leader in socialized e-commerce,Pinduoduo has successfully created a new“social plus e-commerce”profit model by combining traditional e-commerce with social networking.It has been listed on Nasdaq in just a few years and has become a dark horse in the e-commerce industry.The success of Pinduoduo benefits from its unique profit model.Studying the profit model of Pinduoduo has a certain reference value for the development of other enterprises.
