餐饮业数字化转型现状研究——基于嘉兴市区分析

Research on the Status Quo of Digital Transformation in Catering——Analysis of Jiaxing City

从全国范围来看,餐饮行业正经历巨大变革且不断数字化、年轻化,餐饮智能化、数字化、创新化成为餐饮业未来发展的重点。新冠疫情加快了餐饮业的数字化进程,促进了数字化转型全面加速,但餐饮企业应如何推动数字化的转型升级,很多企业对此没有确定的标准。基于此,本文主要以嘉兴市餐饮业数字化转型的现状分析为基础,对餐饮行业数字化转型的现状和思路进行了研究,并提出相关建议。

From a national perspective,catering is undergoing tremendous changes,constantly digitized and rejuvenated,and catering intelligence,digitalization,and innovation have become the focus of the future development of catering.The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digitalization process of catering and promoted the overall acceleration of digital transformation,but there is no definite standard for how catering enterprises should promote the transformation and upgrading of digitalization.This paper carries out research based on this,mainly based on the analysis of the status quo of digital transformation of catering in Jiaxing City,to study its current situation and paths and put forward relevant suggestions.
