摘要
志愿服务在弘扬人类道德文化、促进社会和谐进步等方面具有积极的作用。中国大学生志愿服务的专业化程度不足已影响其在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中的作用发挥。服务学习理论以教学和服务并重为理念,强调过程中的互惠与反思。文章在分析服务学习的内涵、特征及其发展历程的基础上,针对当前大学生志愿服务存在的问题,结合国内高校引入服务学习的先进案例,创新性地提出大学生志愿服务专业化“STEAM”策略,从服务、队伍、教育、评估、机制等五个维度着手,探索专业化对策,实现大学生志愿服务的专业化发展。
Voluntary service plays an active role in promoting human moral culture and promoting social harmony and progress.The lack of specialization of Chinese college students’voluntary service has affected its role in promoting the moderization of China’s systems and capacity for governance.Service-learning theory takes teaching and service as its principle,and emphasizes reciprocity and reflection in the process.On the basis of analyzing the connotation,characteristics and development process of service-learning,during the process,this paper aims at the existing problems of college students’voluntary service,and combines with the advanced cases of introducing service-learning in domestic universities.this paper puts forward the“STEAM”strategy of college students’voluntary service specialization in a new way,It also explores the professional countermeasures from five dimensions,such as service,team,education,assessment and mechanism,so as to realize the professional development of college students’voluntary service.
