志愿“留痕化”与基层志愿服务困局分析

Voluntary Traces:An Analysis of the Dilemma of Grassroots Voluntary Service Forms

志愿服务是集结社会力量、将国家关怀下沉至基层社会的重要纽带,也是社会进步的重要衡量尺度。但在具体实践中,在技术理性、志愿动机偏差等综合作用下形成的志愿留痕化困局,对基层志愿服务资源发挥实际效用会产生阻碍作用。本文发现,功利化志愿计量方式、强制性任务下派以及数字化指标评估体系是形成形式主义困局的重要原因。在上述因素综合作用下,志愿活动主体身份、角色出现偏差,进而出现志愿工作留痕形式主义困局。在实践中,从全过程展示志愿全貌、综合事前评估精细化志愿资源配置等措施是破除志愿程式化困境的关键。

Voluntary service is an important link for gathering social forces and affering national care to the grassroots society.The dilemma of voluntary traces formed under the comprehensive effects of technical rationality and voluntary motive deviation,which directly hinders grassroots voluntary service resources from exerting their actual utilities.Under the combined effect of utilitarian volunteer measurement method,mandatory task assignment and digital index evaluation system,the main identity of voluntary activities is formed,and its deviation leads to the formalism dilemma of voluntary work with leaving traces.The whole process of showing the whole picture of volunteering,comprehensive pre-assessment and refined voluntary resource allocation are the keys to breaking the predicament of voluntary formula.
