评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断子宫内膜息肉中的效果

Evaluation on the Effect of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Polyps

目的探讨对子宫内膜息肉患者采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声方法完成诊断后获得的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2021年5月常州市中医医院收治的80例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者进行诊断研究。所有患者临床均展开经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断,并以手术病理结果作为金标准,对经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行分析。结果对80例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者经病理诊断后,良性病变70例,恶性病变10例。根据病理诊断结果,阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的灵敏度为98.57%(69/70),特异度为100.00(10/10),准确度为98.75%(79/80)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断恶性指标及良性指标差异显示,良性病变阻力指数(RI)(0.46±0.04)高于恶性病变,内膜厚度(7.85±0.75)mm低于恶性病变,差异有统计学意义(t=11.096、14.765,P<0.05);良、恶性病变峰值流速(PSV)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声临床诊断价值显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected endometrial polyps admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2018 to May 2021 were selected for diagnostic research.Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography was performed clinically for all patients,and the results of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed with surgical and pathological results as the gold standard.Results After pathological diagnosis of 80 patients with suspected endometrial polyps,there were 70 benign lesions and 10 malignant lesions.According to the pathological diagnosis results,the sensitivity of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was 98.57%(69/70),the specificity was 100.00(10/10),the accuracy was 98.75%(79/80).Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of malignant and benign indicators showed that the resistance index(RI)(0.46±0.04)of benign lesions was higher than that of malignant lesions.The intimal thickness was(7.85±0.75)mm lower than that of malignant lesions,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.096,14.765,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in peak flow velocity(PSV)between benign and malignant lesions(P>0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has significant clinical diagnostic value.
