经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声早期诊断宫外孕的价值分析

Value of Transabdominal and Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Early Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声早期诊断宫外孕的临床价值。方法选取吉林市妇产医院2020年8月—2021年10月收治的52例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受经腹部与经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,根据检查方式不同分为经腹超声组与经阴道超声组。观察并分析患者经不同检查方式后的情况,对比两组诊断结果。结果经阴道超声组明确诊断时间为(41.79±10.61)min,与经腹超声组对比,差异有统计学意义(t=6.616,P<0.001);经阴道超声诊断胚芽反射、子宫内假孕囊、原始心血管搏跳、盆腔积液及附件区团块占比分别为26.92%、23.07%、25.00%、88.46%、92.30%,均明显优于经腹超声组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声应用于早期宫外孕诊断中,可以有效提升诊断时间,便于及时为患者的临床治疗提供科学参考依据,详细显示患者宫外孕情况。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 52 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to Jilin Maternity Hospital from August 2020 to October2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.According to different examination methods,the data results were divided into transabdominal ultrasound group and transvaginal ultrasound group.Observed and analyzed the condition of the patients after different examination methods,and compared the diagnostic data of the two groups.Results The definite diagnosis time of the transvaginal ultrasound group was(41.79±10.61)min,compared with the transabdominal ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.616,P<0.001).The proportion on transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis germ reflex,intrauterine pseudogestational sac,primitive cardiovascular beat,pelvic effusion,and mass in the adnexal area were 26.92%,23.07%,25.00%,88.46%,and 92.30%,both were significantly better than those of the transabdominal ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy can effectively improve the diagnosis time.It is convenient to provide a scientific reference basis for clinical treatment of patients in a timely manner,and to display the ectopic pregnancy of patients in detail.
