乳腺核磁共振(MRI)简易序列(AP)对乳腺肿瘤的诊断效果分析

摘要 目的分析乳腺核磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)简易序列(AP)对乳腺肿瘤的诊断的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月于邳州市中医院接诊的76例临床怀疑乳腺癌的乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,均行MRI检查,以术后病理结果为金标准,对比分析常规序列(FDP)、简易序列(AP)的诊断效果。结果经术后病理证实,51例患者为恶性乳腺肿瘤,25例患者为良性乳腺肿瘤。AP诊断乳腺肿瘤BI-RADS类型以及TIC类型敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值与FDP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AP扫描时间、阅片时间为(9.19±0.53)、(10.15±2.57)min,较FDP的(19.91±0.63)、(21.68±4.21)min明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺MRI检查中AP诊断乳腺癌的价值与FDP相近,但扫描时间缩短,诊断效能更高,应用优势明显。 Objective To analyze the effect of breast nuclear magnetic resonance(MRI)abbreviated sequence(AP)in the diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods A total of 76 breast cancer patients with clinically suspected breast cancer admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.MRI examination was performed in all patients,and the postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare and analyze the diagnostic effects of conventional sequence(FDP)and simplified sequence(AP).Results It was confirmed by postoperative pathology that 51 patients were malignant breast tumors and25 patients were benign breast tumors.There was no statistically significant difference in the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of AP in diagnosing breast tumor BI-RADS type and TIC type compared with FDP(P>0.05).AP scanning time and reading time were(9.19±0.53)min,(10.15±2.57)min,which were significantly shorter than(19.91±0.63)min,(21.68±4.21)min of FDP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of AP in breast MRI in diagnosing breast cancer is similar to that of FDP,but the scanning time is shortened,the diagnostic efficiency is higher,and the application advantage is obvious.
