摘要
青少年在大学阶段面临诸多情绪与社交问题,提升共情能力的小组社会工作干预可以帮助青少年更好地与他人沟通,减少压力的影响。本文从文献综述出发,基于共情的概念结构,设计一项以共情能力为核心的小组社会工作干预项目,通过集群随机实验(Cluster Randomized Trials),对138名大一新生开展干预。数据分析通过倾向值匹配、t检验与效应量检验发现,在控制对照组的情况下,干预组在认知共情的“观点采择”、情绪共情的“共情关注”与行为共情维度有一定提升。本文可为提升大学生沟通与社交中的共情能力提供社会工作干预的借鉴。
Youth experience a variety of emotional and social problems during their university period.Interventions on youth’s empathy enhance social skills and protect against the negative influences of stress.The current study designed a social group work intervention program focused on youth’s empathy based on its conceptual structure. Using a Cluster Randomized Trials design, one hundred and thirty-eight first-year university students were recruited. Data analysis included propensity scoring matching, t-tests, and effect size tests. The results showed that the intervention protected and improved perspective-taking, empathetic concern, and the behavioral dimensions of empathy in the intervention group. Suggestions for improving students’ ability of empathy associated with communication and social skills were discussed.
