基于中医传承辅助平台探讨中医药治疗原发性胆汁性胆管炎的组方规律

Medication Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Primary Biliary Cholangitis Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

目的分析中医药治疗原发性胆汁性胆管炎的组方用药规律。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普中文期刊(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、PubMed、Web of Science,收集、筛选有关中医药治疗原发性胆汁性胆管炎的文献,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件录入方剂构建数据库进行分析。结果共计筛选文献79篇,方剂76首,中药176味。用药多侧重于补虚、活血化瘀、利水渗湿、清热;药性以寒为主;药味以苦、甘、辛为主;多归于肝、脾、肺经;单药以茵陈蒿、郁金、茯苓、赤芍、甘草等;通过复杂系统熵聚类分析提取出3种不同的核心组合。结论中医药治疗原发性胆汁性胆管炎多补虚泄实,寒温并用。

Objective To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis(PBC).Methods The related literatures on the treatment of PBC with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed and web of science were searched,collected and screened.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform was used to build prescription database for analysis.Results A total of 79 literatures,76 prescriptions and 176 traditional Chinese herbs were screened.Most of the drugs focus on tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting diuresis and removing dampness or clearing heat.The herbal property was mainly cold.The main herbal flavour was bitter,sweet and pungent.The meridian tropism was mainly liver,spleen and lung meridians.High frequency drugs were Yinchenhao(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba),Yujin(Curcumae Radix),Fuling(Poria),Chishao(Paeoniae Radix Rubra)and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).Three different core combinations were extracted by complex system entropy clustering system.Conclusion In the treatment of PBC,traditional Chinese medicine was used to replenish deficiency and relieve excess,while cold and heat herbs mixed.
