柴枳汤加减治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的观察柴枳汤加减治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月—2020年12月功能性消化不良辨证属于肝胃不和型患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组予以多潘立酮治疗,观察组应用柴枳汤加减治疗,两组均连续用药4周,治疗终结时观察两组疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),FDDQL评分高于对照组(P<0.05),SDS评分和SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴枳汤加减治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chai Zhi Decoction(柴枳汤)on functional dyspepsia with disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods In December,2018-December 2020 functional dyspepsia syndrome belong to 94 patients with liver stomach rift type,using the random number table method 47 cases were divided into control group and observation group,control group to be more Pan Li methadone treatment,the observation group used wood is definite tonga subtraction treatment,two groups of all 4 weeks continuous administration,at the end of the treatment to observe the curative effect of the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),FDDQL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),SDS score and SAS score were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaizhi Decoction has a definite effect on functional dyspepsia with disharmony between liver and stomach,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
