温针灸联合毫火针治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎的效果 被引量:2

Effect of Warming Acupuncture combined with Millifire Acupuncture on Knee Osteoarthritis of Yang Deficiency and Cold Coagulation Type

摘要 目的分析温针灸联合毫火针治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎的效果。方法按照随机数字表法将医院2019年8月—2021年7月收治的61例阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者分为两组,对照组30例,给予温针灸治疗,观察组31例,在对照组基础上给予毫火针治疗,观察两组临床疗效、膝关节功能。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(90.32%)高于对照组(66.66%)(P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能(HSS)量表各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将温针灸联合毫火针应用于阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者中,有利于恢复其膝关节功能,提高临床疗效。 Objective To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture combined with millifire acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.Methods According to the random number table method,61 patients with knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type treated in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were treated with warm acupuncture and 31 patients in the observation group were treated with millifire acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and knee function of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(90.32%)was higher than that of the control group(66.66%)(P<0.05);The scores of all dimensions of knee function scale(HSS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warm acupuncture combined with millifire acupuncture in patients with knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type is conducive to restore their knee function and improve the clinical curative effect.
