基于“久病入络”学说探讨肝纤维化的证治

Discussion on the Syndrome and Treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis Based on the Theory of"Chronic Diseases Transforming to Collaterals"

文章从肝纤维化的概念、病因和现状开始,阐述了“络”的含义、“久病入络”学说的渊源和发展,同时介绍了络病的病理基础,肝纤维化的发生即肝络受损。运用“久病入络”理论对肝纤维化的证候进行探析,提出使用活血化瘀通络法治疗肝纤维化时宜采取“缓通”的治则。基于“久病入络”理论组成养营活血汤,在临床上应用效果较佳,前期的研究已证实了该方可明显减轻肝纤维化的程度。

Starting from the concept,etiology and current situation of liver fibrosis,this paper expounds the meaning of"collaterals",the origin and development of the theory of"chronic diseases transforming to collaterals",and introduces the pathological basis of collateral disease.The occurrence of liver fibrosis is liver collaterals damage.By using the theory of"chronic diseases transforming to collaterals"to analyze the syndromes of liver fibrosis,it is proposed that the therapeutic principle of"slow dredging"should be adopted in the treatment of liver fibrosis by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.Based on the theory of"chronic diseases transforming to collaterals",the research group composed of Yangying Huoxue Decoction,which has better clinical application effect,and previous studies have confirmed that the formula can significantly reduce the degree of liver fibrosis.
