共情护理联合益气凉血安宫汤对剖宫产后出血患者负性情绪和术中生理应激反应的影响

Effects of Empathic Nursing combined with Yiqi Liangxue Angong Decoction on Negative Emotion and Intraoperative Physiological Stress Response in Patients with Postpartum Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

目的研究共情护理联合益气凉血安宫汤对剖宫产后出血患者负性情绪和术中生理应激反应的影响。方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月医院收治的122例剖宫产患者为治疗对象,随机抽签法分为两组各61例。对照组以凉血安宫汤治疗结合常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加共情护理干预。对两组负性情绪、遵医行为率、应激反应指标水平、护理满意度进行评估比较。结果干预后观察组汉米尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组遵医行为率包括按时服药、规律休息、规律饮食、康复训练、定期复查等比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组应激指标C反应蛋白(CRP)、皮质醇(Cor)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为91.80%(56/61),高于对照组患者为73.77%(45/61)(P<0.05)。结论共情护理联合益气凉血安宫汤对剖宫产后出血患者治疗效果显著,能够改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的遵医行为率,改善患者的生理应激水平,提高护理满意度,可临床推广。

Objective To study the effects of empathic nursing combined with Yiqi Liangxue Angong Decoction on negative emotion and intraoperative physiological stress response in patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 122 patients with cesarean section treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Liangxue Angong decoction combined with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group increased empathic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,compliance rate,stress response index level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results the scores of Hamilton anxiety Scale-14(hama-14)and Hamilton Depression scale-17(HAMD-17)after intervention were lower than those before nursing intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of stress indexes C-reactive protein(CRP),cortisol(COR)and norepinephrine(NE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 91.80%(56/61),which was higher than 73.77%(45/61)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion empathic nursing combined with Yiqi Liangxue Angong decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.It can improve patients’negative emotion,improve patients’compliance behavior rate,improve patients’physiological stress level,and improve patients’nursing satisfaction,which can be recommended clinically.
