预保湿联合局部除锈对老旧器械清洗质量的影响

Effect of pre-moisturising combined with partial descaling on the cleaning quality of old instruments

摘要 目的 研究泡沫型保湿剂预保湿联合局部除锈对老旧器械清洗的清洗效果的影响。方法 选取手术后待处理的老旧器械,分为普通器械、腔镜器械和精密器械,每类器械600套,采用随机数字表法,以1∶1原则分为常规组和预处理组,分别采用常规处理和预保湿联合局部除锈处理进行清洗,采用目测法、隐血试验法和3M清洗测试棒评价不同处理方法对清洗质量的影响。结果 目测法、隐血试验法和3M清洗测试棒检测显示,预处理组普通、精密老旧器械表面、轴节、咬合面清洗合格率均高于常规组,腔镜老旧器械管腔、表面、轴节、附件清洗合格率高于常规组(P<0.05);预处理组单份器械预处理耗时、单件不合格器械返洗耗时短于常规组(P<0.05);清洗后放置不同时间,预处理组潜血阳性率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 在老旧器械清洗工作中,预保湿联合局部除锈可有效提高使用后老旧器械的清洗质量,并提高工作效率。 Objective To study the effect of pre-moisturisation with multi-enzyme solutions combined with topical descaling on the cleaning effect of cleaning old instruments.Methods The old equipment to be processed after the operationwere selected, and divided into ordinary equipment, endoscopic equipment, and precision equipment, then treated with conventional treatment, pre-moisturizing combined with partial rust removal.Visual inspection method, occult blood experiment method, 3 M cleaning test rod were used to evaluate the impact of different methods on the cleaning quality of old instruments.Results Visual inspection, occult blood experiment, and 3 M cleaning test rods showed that the cleaning qualification rate of ordinary and precise old equipment surfaces, shaft joints, and occlusal surfaces in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the lumen and surface of old endoscopic equipment were higher.The qualified rate of cleaning shaft joints and accessories was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time-consuming pretreatment of single instruments in the observation group and the re-washing time of single unqualified instruments were shorter than those in the routine group, to difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),to positive rates of occult blood in the observation group at different time points after cleaning were lower than those in the routine group In the routine group, to difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-moisturisation combined with partial descaling can effectively improve the cleaning quality of old instruments after use and increase the work efficiency in the cleaning of old instruments.
