2010—2019年大理州医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量监测

Disinfection and sterilization monitoring on medical institutions in Dali prefecture from 2010 to 2019

目的 了解大理州医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量情况,为医院感染控制及消毒灭菌管理工作提供依据。方法 采用现场抽检方法,对2010—2019年大理州州管医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行监测与评价。结果 共检测样品7 773份,合格7 072份,合格率90.98%。医疗机构消毒质量总体呈现上升的趋势(χ^(2)=480.97,P<0.05)。结论 大理州医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量总体较好,但仍存在一定隐患,需加强消毒灭菌管理工作。

Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Dali prefecture, to provide scientific basis for hospital infection control and disinfection management.Methods The spot disinfection method was used to monitor and evaluate the quality of disinfection and sterilization in Dali Prefecture medical institutions from 2010 to 2019.Results A total of 7 773 samples were tested, and the number of qualified samples was 7 072,with the passing rate of 90.98%.The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions has been increasing year by year.Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions in Dali prefecture is generally good, but there are still some hidden dangers, and the management of disinfection and sterilization needs to be strengthened.
