肱骨内上髁炎的中西医治疗研究进展

Progress in the treatment of medial epicondylitis of humerus with traditional Chinese and Western medicine

近年来,人们体育运动理念不断加强,高尔夫运动逐渐兴起,肱骨内上髁炎成为较为高发的骨科病症。但其发生机制尚有争议,临床诊治缺乏统一的规范,现阶段其主要治疗手段为保守疗法和手术疗法。大部分肱骨内上髁炎通过保守疗法可以好转,但部分则会反复发作,长此已久就会发展形成顽固性的肱骨内上髁炎,此时就需要手术介入治疗。该文将重点依据近几年临床研究成果,对肱骨内上髁炎的中西医临床诊疗方法作一综述,并希望为其临床诊疗提供简便可行的路径。

In recent years,people's concept of sports has been constantly strengthened,golf has gradually emerged,and medial epicondylitis of humerus has become a relatively high incidence of orthopedic diseases.However,its mechanism is still controversial,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment are lack of unified norms.At present,the main treatment methods are conservative therapy and surgical therapy.Most of the medial epicondylitis of humerus can be improved through conservative treatment,but some of them will recur.If this happens for a long time,it will develop into stubborn medial epicondylitis of humerus,which requires surgical intervention.This article will focus on the clinical research results in recent years to review the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine for humeral medial epicondylitis,and hope to provide a simple and feasible path for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
