基于数据挖掘技术探析武连仲教授治疗痉挛性斜颈的用药规律

Analysis of Wu Lianzhong’s medication law for spastic torticollis based o n data mining technology

目的:采用数据挖掘技术分析武连仲教授运用中医药治疗痉挛性斜颈的用药规律。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法收集2018年8月1日至2019年12月31日武连仲教授门诊治疗痉挛性斜颈的方药,运用描述性分析、聚类分析及关联分析等数据挖掘方法初步总结武连仲教授治疗痉挛性斜颈的经验。结果:共收集痉挛性斜颈首诊病案54例,使用药物114种,提炼药对3对,常用药组2组。结论:武连仲教授临证治疗痉挛性斜颈的治则是祛邪扶正,治法有化痰利窍、祛风通络、活血养血等。

Objective:Using data mining technology to analyze Professor Wu Lianzhong’s treatment of spasmodic torticollis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to collect the prescriptions of Professor Wu Lianzhong’s outpatient treatment for spasmodic torticollis from August 1,2018 to December 31,2019.Descriptive analysis,cluster analysis,association analysis and other data mining methods were used to preliminatively summarize Professor Wu Lianzhong’s experience in treating spasmodic torticollis.Results:A total of 54 cases of spasmodic torticollis were collected,114 kinds of drugs were used,3 pairs of refined drugs and 2 groups of commonly used drugs.Conclusion:Professor Wu Lianzhong’s clinical treatment of spasmodic torticollis is to remove evil and heal right.The treatment methods include eliminating phlegm and promoting Qiao,dispelling wind and clearing collaterals,promoting blood circulation and nourishin g blood.
