通过三维软件PDF自适应转换实现工艺卡片二维工程简图的高清显示

计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)的工艺卡片常常需要显示零部件简图,简图一般来自企业三维软件的二维工程图。为了提高工程图在工艺卡片中显示的清晰度,实现编辑管理一体化,将三维软件自身输出的PDF矢量图转换成图片,实现工程图与CAPP工艺卡片简图区集成的高清显示,以及将重新修改后的工程图自动同步到简图区,自动管理工程图、PDF、图片等文件及其对应关系。应用表明,所提方法为开目CAPP的用户进行工艺设计带来了更好的体验,较好地解决了工艺设计人员在开目CAPP工艺卡片中不能显示和编辑三维软件二维工程图的问题。

Process cards for computer-aided process planning(CAPP)often need to display schematic drawings of components,which can come from two-dimensional engineering drawings of enterprise 3D software.In this paper,in order to improve the clarity of engineering drawings displayed in process card achieved the integration of editing management requirements,using 3D software itself of the output PDF vector graphics file,PDF conversion to the way of the picture,realizes the engineering drawing and diagram CAPP process card area integrated HD display,as well as the simple drawing area,the engineering drawing to modify the 3D model after automatic synchronization diagram area,automatic management of engineering drawings,PDF,pictures and other documents and their corresponding relationships.The application shows that this method brings better experience for the users of CAPP.It solves the problem that process designers cannot display and edit 3D software in KMCAPP process cards and the problem of 2D engineering drawing of the piece.
