摘要
针对多品种、小批量混流生产中存在的调度复杂、准时率难以保证的问题,构建包含单载量AGV和多载量AGV的异构AGV调度系统,提出基于紧迫度和最早完工时间的任务调度方法、基于Floyd算法的路径规划技术和多AGV运动冲突解决方案,利用Qt开发框架设计异构AGV调度控制软件,实现了调度控制的整体作业流程。实验结果表明,该系统能准确、快速响应物料需求,具有较高的准时率和效率。
Aiming at the problems of complex scheduling and difficulty for ensuring punctuality in mixed-flow production for multiple varieties and small batches,a heterogeneous AGV scheduling system including single-load AGV and multi-load AGV is constructed,and a task dispatching method based on urgency and earliest completion time,a path planning technology based on Floyd algorithm,and multiple motion conflict resolution solutions are proposed.And on this basis,relying on making use of Qt development tools to design a scheduling control system with heterogeneous AGV as the control object,the overall operation process of scheduling control is realized.Experimental results show that the system can accurately and quickly respond to material requirements,and possess a high punctuality rate and efficiency.
