动力吸振型非线性ISD悬架载荷适应性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为解决悬架隔振性能受载荷影响的问题,提出一种旨在能适应载荷变化的动力吸振型非线性惯容器-弹簧-阻尼(ISD)悬架。对悬架关键部件非线性液力惯容器进行建模,在此基础上搭建了1/4车辆悬架模型,并使用遗传算法优化了悬架参数。开展装置样机的台架试验验证了非线性液力惯容器数学模型的合理性,并通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真对比分析了动力吸振型非线性ISD悬架、定惯质ISD悬架在不同载荷下的隔振性能。结果表明:动力吸振型非线性ISD悬架具有载荷被动自适应性,能在不同载荷下改善悬架低频隔振性能,提升乘坐舒适性。 In order to solve the problem that the vibration isolation performance of the suspension is affected by the load,this article puts forward a dynamic vibration absorption nonlinear inerter-spring-damper(ISD)suspension to adapt to the load variation.The nonlinear hydraulic inerter,the key component of the suspension is analyzed and modeled.On this basis,a quarter vehicle dynamic vibration absorption nonlinear ISD suspension model is built,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the suspension parameters.The correctness of the mathematical model of the nonlinear hydraulic inerter is verified by bench test of the device prototype,and the vibration isolation performance of the fixed-inertance ISD suspension and nonlinear ISD suspension at different loads are compared and analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that the dynamic vibration-absorbing nonlinear ISD suspension has load passive adaptability,which can improve the low-frequency vibration isolation performance of the suspension at different loads and enhance the ride comfort.
