摘要
为了进一步开发和保护准噶尔山楂,通过实验确定超声波辅助提取准噶尔山楂果实中齐墩果酸的方法,并在单因素试验的基础上对其提取条件进行确定.结果表明:在以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比为1∶25,当温度为50℃,超声功率为300 W,提取时间为30 min的条件下,运用高效液相色谱法测定准噶尔山楂果实中齐墩果酸的含量为0.1898 mg/g.可以看出:测定方法具有准确度较高、精密度较好、重复性较好等优点,为从准噶尔山楂中提取和测定齐墩果酸提供了一种实验方法.
In order to further develop and protect Crataegus songorica,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction method of oleanolic acid from Crataegus songorica was determined through experiments,and the extraction conditions were determined on the basis of single factor experiments.The results showed that under the conditions of anhydrous ethanol as extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25,temperature of 50℃,ultrasonic power of 300 W and extraction time of 30 min,the content of oleanolic acid in Crataegus songorica was 0.1898 mg/g by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.It can be seen that the determination method has the advantages of high accuracy,good precision and good repeatability,which provides an experimental method for the extraction and determination of oleanolic acid from Crataegus songorica.
