不同中药结肠透析模式对慢性肾脏病患者胃肠道症状和营养状态的影响

Effects of different colon dialysis modes of traditional Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal symptoms and nutritional status in patients with chronic kidney disease

目的:探讨不同中药结肠透析模式对慢性肾脏病患者胃肠道症状和营养状态的影响和效果。方法:将慢性肾脏病患者90例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采用中药(医院自煎自拟湿热方)保留灌肠治疗,观察组采用结肠透析序贯中药(医院自煎自拟湿热方)高位保留灌肠治疗,所有研究对象均治疗2周,隔天治疗1次。疗程结束后,比较两组血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、主观综合性营养评估(SGA)、肠道功能评价及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组Scr、BUN下降明显,主观综合性营养评估、肠道功能评价及临床疗效均优于对照组。结论:结肠透析序贯中药高位保留灌肠治疗可改善患者营养状态和胃肠道症状,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effects of different colon dialysis modes of traditional Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal symptoms and nutritional status in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:90 patients with chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases each.The control group were treated with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine(self decoction and self preparation of damp heat in the hospital),and the observation group were treated with high retention enema of colon dialysis sequential traditional Chinese medicine(self decoction and self preparation of damp heat in the hospital).All subjects were treated for 2 weeks and once every other day.At the end of the course of treatment,the two groups were compared in serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),subjective comprehensive nutritional assessment(SGA),intestinal function evaluation and clinical treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the levels of SCR and BUN in the observation group decreased significantly,and the subjective comprehensive nutritional evaluation,intestinal function evaluation and clinical efficacy were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Colon dialysis sequential high retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the nutritional status and gastrointestinal symptoms of patients,with better clinical efficacy.
