摘要
我国互联网医疗经历了从无序到有序的发展变迁,对其监管也经历了从放任到管制的过程;而分析其现行监管制度可见,我国对互联网医疗的监管存在较为突出的路径依赖,其监管理念和监管手段难以适应互联网医疗的创新发展,故有必要转变监管理念,创新规制手段,实现监管与创新之间合理平衡。
The Internet medical treatment in China has experienced the development change from disorder to order,and its supervision has experienced the process from laissez-faire to control.As can be seen from the analysis of the current supervision system,there is a serious dependence on the supervision of Internet medical treatment in China,and the supervision concept and means are difficult to adapt to the innovative development of Internet medi⁃cal treatment.Therefore,it is necessary to change the concept of regulation and innovate the means of regulation to achieve a reasonable balance between regulation and innovation.
