整体型非对称P84/PES膜的制备及CO_(2)分离性能的研究

摘要 共聚酰亚胺BTDA-TDI/MDI(P84)作为气体分离材料具有优异的气体分离选择性,但其气体的渗透性及机械性能有待进一步提高。鉴于聚醚砜(PES)优良的热稳定性、化学稳定性及机械性能,将其与P84共混,并探究了不同共混质量比、溶剂质量比、制膜温度、空隙停留时间、凝固浴温度等制膜条件对制备出的皮层无缺陷的整体型非对称膜的影响。结果表明,共混膜的CO_(2)通量为3.78 GPU,CH_(4)通量为0.12 GPU,CO_(2)/CH_(4)选择性为30.7,强度为13.85 MPa,拉伸率为10.28%。 As one of the most widely used commercial materials for gas separation,BTDA-TDI/MDI(P84)has excellent gas separation selectivity,but its gas permeability and mechanical properties need to be further improved.Due to good thermal stability,chemical stability and mechanical properties of polyether sulfone,it is chosen to blend with P84 by means of L-S method.Through studying the effects of blending ratio,solvent ratio,film-making temperature,residence time in air,and temperature for coagulation bath,the integral asymmetric membranes with free-defected skin are prepared.Final results show that CO_(2) flux of the co-blending membranes is 3.78 GPU,CH_(4) flux is 0.12 GPU,the selectivity of CO_(2)/CH_(4)is 30.7,the strength is 13.85 MPa and the elongation is 10.28%.
