基于Geomagic与Creo陶瓷鱼逆向设计

摘要 运用光学扫描仪获得陶瓷鱼点云数据,点云处理软件Geomagic Wrap对陶瓷鱼点云数据进行优化处理、封装形成三角形面片,在多边形阶段进行模型修补和优化,再将已经处理好的点云数据导入到CAD建模软件Creo中,利用曲线创建、边界混合构造曲面、曲面实体化等命令来完成陶瓷鱼逆向设计,实现复杂曲面零件快速曲面重构和再设计。 The point cloud data of ceramic fish are obtained by using the optical scanner.The point cloud processing software Geomagic wrap optimizes and packages the point cloud data of ceramic fish to form triangular patches.The model is repaired and optimized in the polygon stage,and then the processed point cloud data is imported into the CAD modeling software Creo.The reverse design of ceramic fish is completed by using commands such as curve creation,boundary mixing,surface construction,surface materialization,etc,Realize rapid surface reconstruction and redesign of complex surface parts.
