摘要 随着加工刀具性能的提升,刀片的质量及数量的要求也越来越高。论文介绍了一款刀片磨数控加工设备的部分关键部件研发,涉及与刀片周边各面及刀尖圆弧面的磨削功能实现的各轴运动及各轴精度实现的功能保障技术,重点阐述产品在研发过程中重点解决问题及难点技术思考等内容。 With the improvement of the performance of machining tools,the requirements for the quality and quantity of blades are becoming higher and higher.This paper introduces the research and development of some key components of a NC machining equipment for inserts grinding,involving the function guarantee technology of realizing the movement of each axis and the accuracy of each axis with the grinding function of all sides around the blade and the circular arc surface of the tool tip,and focuses on the key problems and difficult technical thinking in the process of product research and development.
