摘要 随着科学技术的发展,数控技术已经逐渐运用到更多的产业当中,数控车床工艺可以有效提升不同产业的机械加工效果。市场竞争的日益增加,使得不同产业之间对数控车床加工精度的需求也逐步增加,因此数控车床工程设计技术人员就必须寻找和剖析制约加工精度的主要原因,并采取相应对策,在机械加工精度方面加以完善,从而提升各行业的生产加工精度。基于此,文章将针对数控车床的基本工作机理展开剖析,以探讨影响数控车床加工精度的具体原因,并提供了一些有效提升数控车床加工精度的实际应用策略。 With the development of science and technology,numerical control technology has been gradually applied to more industries,and numerical control lathe technology can effectively improve the machining effect of different industries.With the increasing competition in the market,the demand for machining accuracy of CNC lathes among different industries is gradually increasing.Therefore,engineers and technicians of CNC lathes must find and analyze the main reasons that restrict machining accuracy,and take corresponding countermeasures to improve machining accuracy,so as to improve the production and machining accuracy of various industries.Based on this,this paper will analyze the basic working mechanism of CNC lathes to explore the specific reasons that affect the machining accuracy of CNC lathes,and provide some practical application strategies to effectively improve the machining accuracy of CNC lathes.
