摘要
直播作为近几年用户迅速增长的新兴媒介,它潜移默化难以察觉的正在影响我们生活的方方面面,并且给社会带来了一场革新。本文引入使用与满足理论(use and gratifications)的概念及架构,分析直播用户特性并深入研究了直播界面交互设计原则及内容。通过问卷调查法,以传播学使用与满足理论为基础,抖音直播为例,探讨其交互设计方法,研究直播信息传播与用户之间的映射。通过调研与分析提出优化移动直播平台的设计建议,建立同时满足用户心理与可用性的设计原则,从而优化用户的体验。
China's booming live streaming,as the number of viewers substantially soars,is a major social innovation changing our lives in subtle ways.The work aims to research the design principles,and contents of live streaming interface based on use and satisfaction in Mass communication.The main research methods were questionnaire survey,interview,and data analysis.Based on the"uses and gratification"theory in communication studies analysis the interaction design method of Tiktok,investigated the efficient mapping mechanism between the live streaming information spread and the user.Through the research and analysis describes an incentive system that can be used to develop habits,it establishes the design principles which can meet user psychology and usability,optimize the user experience.
